Historical record in 2007 for the Brazilians: 60,000 new millionares or an average of 164 person a day became millionares in Brazil last year, says in Magazine Veja Edition 2044 dated 23rd of January 2008.

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, on closing the GLOBE forum on climate change Thursday 21st Feb., called on the Group of Eight (G8) developed nations to meet greenhouse-gas reduction targets set out in the Kyoto Protocol.
Brazil's President Lula said, "It's important that the G8 countries assume their responsibility by complying with the Kyoto Protocol, and support our efforts by opening their markets to our sustainable products," Lula told 100 lawmakers from Brazil, India, China, South Africa and Mexico. Please pray that the riches nations leadership would "walk their talk" now by looking after the earth.
